Update: Collaborative Editing, Guest Review, Edit History

Real-time collaboration, a guest review mode, full edit history, and a range of usability improvements.

  • Real-time collaborative editing: Multiple users can now edit the same project at the same time. Cursors and selections are visible for all active collaborators.
  • Guest review mode: Share a project with reviewers who can read, comment, and suggest edits without needing a full account.
  • Edit history: Every file change is tracked. You can browse the full history of a file and restore any previous version.
  • Comment improvements: Comments are now more reliable and easier to manage. Added accept and reject actions.
  • Admin panel: Added an admin interface for managing users, projects, and system settings.
  • BibTeX support: Added a BibTeX editor with syntax highlighting for managing references.
  • File management: Added a context menu in the file tree with rename, delete, and move options. Added image editing for figures.
  • Improved sidebar and PDF toolbar: The left sidebar and PDF preview toolbar have been redesigned for easier navigation.
