New Document projects give you formatted pages with headers, footers and page numbers, edited entirely in the WYSIWYG with no LaTeX compile. The WYSIWYG gains real pagination, page setup, footnotes, images, math and a Format menu. Zotero items get their own folder in your library, .bib entries show how often they are cited, and \ref and @ completions are smarter. A new browser extension sends a paper from Google Scholar, arXiv and others straight into a project. Provenance reports now separate written words from pasted ones.

TeXposit now runs on real OS threads, so one long job can no longer freeze or restart the app, and provenance reports generate in the background behind a progress page. The projects page is redesigned as a desk with a workspaces rail and a folders-as-columns board view. Compile failures report as compile failures instead of fake server outages, a connection-lost modal reconnects live, and you can upload a whole folder from the editor.

Zotero sync mirrors your library into a project's .bib file. The PDF pane now scrolls and hovers in step with your source, not just click-to-jump. Compile-error quick fixes open a review diff before they touch your file, AI fixes are generated on demand instead of eagerly, and diagnostics get precise inline squiggles. Plus a faster rigour-mode judge and a snappier editor load.

Workspaces bring a shared Projects/People/Discussions space for teams above the single project. A new bearer-token External API lets approved apps read, write, and compile your projects. Rigour mode has an independent AI double-check the assistant's own edits and answers. Plus layered policies with a personal Defaults tab, an editable CSV/TSV table view, dashboard folders, split-view co-editing, and a set of reliability fixes.

Sync a project with a GitHub repository, link your ORCID iD with author-mismatch detection, bring your own API key for the AI assistant, ask the assistant to read your other projects or OCR an image into LaTeX, AI-generated citation summaries, optional source auto-formatting, and smoother animations throughout the editor.
