Update: Organizations, Two-Factor Login and Suggest Mode

Organizations with invite links, seat management, and IP/country login policies, authenticator-app two-factor login, a hardened admin console, track-changes-style suggest mode, and system health monitoring.

Change notes for update build 260810

  • Organizations: Teams can now be managed as an Organization — invite members via a shareable link, set a seat cap, and enforce a login policy restricting sign-in to specific IP ranges or countries. Organization membership and licensing are managed independently of any one member's personal account.
  • Two-factor login with an authenticator app: Account login now supports TOTP two-factor authentication (Google Authenticator, 1Password, etc.), with printable backup codes for when you don't have your device. o it still works if the main login system is having problems.
  • Suggest mode: Turn on Suggest Mode and your edits become reviewable suggestions — shown as comments with accept/reject controls — instead of being applied straight to the document. Useful for reviewing a collaborator's changes before they land.
  • AI assistant can now answer "how do I..." questions: The assistant can look up TeXposit's own guides and LaTeX reference material to answer usage questions directly, instead of guessing.
  • Assistant can delegate to sub-assistants: For larger requests, the AI assistant can now split work across parallel or sequential sub-tasks rather than working through everything in one pass.
